The system automates employee email notifications with links to the employee portal where they can electronically register and complete consent/declination forms and questionnaires.
Clinicians can easily pull up an employee’s record by keying in the employee’s name, ID or swiping the employee’s badge if a badge reader device is connected. Enterprise Health checks that required consent forms have been completed and uses pre-loaded clinical decision support rules to check the employee’s medical record for egg allergies or a history of Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS) and trigger alerts if found.
MASS IMMUNIZATIONS MADE EASY
In addition to managing individual immunizations, Enterprise Health facilitates the administration of high-volume events for flu and COVID-19 vaccinations. This mass injection program easily documents injections for large groups of people by pulling injection information, such as vaccine manufacturer, lot number and date forward from patient to patient. This allows the clinician to quickly verify that no information has changed and eliminates data entry time and potential errors. Once the injection is administered, the clinician clicks to add the injection to the employee’s medical record.
TRACK VACCINE SUPPLY
Enterprise Health’s optional inventory module makes it easy to stay on top of vaccine supply. As each vaccine is administered from the inventory and documented, the system automatically deducts from the inventory total.
COMPLY WITH VACCINE REGISTRY REQUIREMENTS
Enterprise Health interfaces with an extensive list of systems, vendors and devices including several that streamline mass immunizations. The solution interfaces with the integrated CDC VIS Website to provide easy access to multilingual Vaccine Information Statement Handouts and many national, state and city immunization registries to simplify data exchange and reporting.
