Where employee health meets organizational health
Streamline your employee vaccination program
Focus on the people, not the process! Enterprise Health’s injection and immunization functionality makes documenting and managing immunizations and therapeutic or allergy injections easy. The system automatically emails employee notifications and links to the employee portal where they can electronically register and complete consent/declination forms and questionnaires.
Clinicians can easily pull up an employee’s record by keying in the employee’s name, ID or swiping the employee’s badge to a connected badge reader device. Enterprise Health checks that required consent forms have been completed and uses pre-loaded clinical decision support rules to check the employee’s medical record for egg allergies or a history of Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS), and triggers an alert if found.
Simplify mass immunizations
In addition to managing individual immunizations, Enterprise Health facilitates high-volume events for flu and COVID vaccination administration. This mass injection program easily documents injections for large groups by pulling injection information – vaccine manufacturer, lot number and date – forward from patient to patient. This allows the clinician to quickly verify information, and eliminates data entry time and potential errors. Once the injection is administered, the clinician clicks to add the injection to the employee’s medical record.
Track vaccine supply
Enterprise Health’s optional inventory module makes it easy to stay on top of vaccine supply. As each vaccine is administered and documented, the system automatically deducts from the inventory total.
Comply with vaccine registry requirements
Streamline mass immunizations through Enterprise Health interfaces with an extensive list of systems, vendors and devices, including integration with the CDC VIS website. Provide easy access to multilingual Vaccine Information Statement Handouts, and simplify data exchange and reporting to many national, state and city immunization registries. Manage and prioritize COVID vaccine administration
Based on its mass immunization functionality, Enterprise Health also includes a COVID workflow designed for health systems, corporate and government agency clients to manage large-scale employee vaccination events such as annual flu programs. The protocol is flexible enough to support several vaccines, a variety of protocols and administration guidelines that vary by state and client organization.
Immunization management benefits
Pre-loaded clinical decision support and automated alerts improve safety
- Integration with employee portal streamlines reminders and pre-immunization information gathering, including consent/declination forms and questionnaire completion
- NHSN reporting without spreadsheets
- Mass injection functionality simplifies high-volume vaccination events
Monitor and manage employee health
Streamline occupational health and safety, compliance and immunizations with Enterprise Health’s electronic toolset for health surveillance. The system will track, set up, document and report on required audiometry, pulmonary function, vision, respirator fit and other medical surveillance screening exams. Self-service portals drive employee engagement and prompt employees to complete pre-exam questionnaires. Responses then automatically populate appropriate fields and document in the clinical application to minimize data entry and management for employee clinic staff.
The employer portal offers supervisors an “anytime” look at employee health surveillance panel status to better plan for absences and decertifications. This includes driver fitness determination, case management related to work certification and coordination of orders and results.
Upon completion of a health surveillance encounter, data automatically updates employee status across the occupational health and safety solution, providing the required information to track and manage compliance.
Medical surveillance benefits
Meet compliance requirements with confidence by reducing manual tracking and human intervention.
- Reduce phone calls to schedule, confirm, reschedule and remind for appointments
- Decrease the likelihood an employee will fail to get required tests and exams
- Increase visibility of employees who are at risk for decertification
- Easily generate and produce proof of notification and completion for regulatory exams
Streamline occupational injury and illness documentation, management and reporting — it all happens in one place
Enterprise Health simplifies the way work-related illness and injury cases are tracked, documented, reported and measured. When an employee is injured or falls ill on the job, he or she can initiate patient registration at the clinic or in advance on an employee portal. Data from previous visits carries forward so clinic staff have the information they need to provide care.
OSHA logs, doctor's first report of injury and other required forms are completed automatically when care for the employee is documented — eliminating redundant data entry. Case management fields are embedded in each patient record, so there is no need to switch screens or applications. Clinic staff can generate orders for the encounter, access clinical decision support, scripted rules, and ICD-10 classification and coding. Additional capabilities include lost-time tracking and workers' compensation management.
At the end of a visit, employees can leave the clinic with electronically prescribed medication and documented work restrictions to share with supervisors, while case details update forms and logs. Then, the OSHA 300A form can be sent electronically to satisfy new reporting requirements regarding work-related injury and illness.
Workplace illness and injury management benefits
- Complete OSHA logs, doctor's first report of injury and other required forms automatically to drastically reduce manual information assembly, form completion and report generation
- Send OSHA 300A form electronically to satisfy new reporting requirements regarding work-related injury and illness
- Minimize redundant data entry
- Streamline the flow of information critical to injury case management
- Eliminate duplicate testing and encounters
- Reduce time wasted by clinicians, administrators, supervisors and employees
Go above and beyond traditional occ health solutions with a built in, certified electronic health record

Make it easy for employees to access the care they need to stay healthy and productive
Reduce absenteeism. Improve presenteeism. Enhance productivity.
Keeping your population healthy and well is a strategic imperative. Ill employees lose time at work or are less productive on the job. Those battling chronic conditions are more likely to suffer a worksite injury.
Extending your occupational health and safety solution to include primary care and condition management provides employees access to healthcare when they need it – without having to take time away from work to visit a separate physician or clinic.
Unlike other occupational health and safety applications, Enterprise Health is powered by a certified electronic health record application. This gives your onsite clinic the same tools found in an ambulatory physician practice, and equips you to support primary care, population health management and wellness initiatives. And because Enterprise Health meets national security and privacy standards, both occupational and clinical care information can be securely managed in a single solution. Individual user roles can be established to allow or limit access to protected information.

Engage employees in their own wellness – and give your workforce the tools they need to stay healthy
Enterprise Health’s engagement tools prompt employees to become more active and engaged in health, wellness and compliance. The system makes it easy for employees to interact with clinical staff and give employees electronic access to information they can use to improve personal and family health and wellness.
Engagement that begins with a ping
Enterprise Health's employee portals engage your workforce and automate routine tasks such as appointment scheduling and questionnaire completion. The system automatically generates emails to remind employees when they are due for surveillance exams or testing to maintain work certification. Employees can link to an employee portal to schedule appointments, complete questionnaires and provide information before a clinic visit.
Health information is only a click away
Employee portals streamline access to valuable health information. Employees can view work status, lab values and electronic health data. Portals can also link to other health resources, including internal program content and external medical information.
Employee engagement benefits

Improve efficiency and accuracy with interfaces to HR systems, email, workers’ comp carriers, labs and medical devices
More than 25 years ago, our founders built one of the nation's first health information exchanges — establishing an electronic network to connect the hospitals, doctors and other healthcare providers in our own backyard. We learned a thing or two about connectivity and its pivotal role in optimizing the way patient care is delivered. As a result, interoperability became part of our organizational DNA.
We developed Enterprise Health to be an incredibly interoperable occupational and employee health IT solution so that one engine can interact with corporate HR and email applications, medical devices, laboratories, immunization registries, EHS systems, electronic health record applications, insurance carriers, external providers and any other data source you can imagine. Plus, to improve efficiency even further, the solution supports single sign-on from the enterprise environment.
Interoperability benefits
- Manage employee health data in a single solution, all but eliminating data silos and reducing data entry and errors
- Facilitate seamless data exchange across the enterprise, making it accessible, actionable and reportable
- Save time and money by migrating data to Enterprise Health from legacy applications, enabling most, if not all, to be retired
- Enhance security, improve access management and control, and simplify access for authorized and authenticated personnel with single sign-on
Ensure accurate record keeping and reporting of employee health
Accurate workplace injury and illness record keeping and reporting is crucial for employers, workers and OSHA. These records are used to evaluate the safety of a workplace, understand potential hazards and implement training and protections to ensure safe and healthful working conditions. Enterprise Health streamlines the tracking, documenting, measuring and reporting of occupational injuries and illnesses. Here’s how it works.
Documenting a workplace injury or illness in Enterprise Health
When a workplace injury occurs, Enterprise Health users capture all incident details in one place, called an encounter. Within the encounter, users document the date of injury, whether it’s work related and OSHA recordable, and the case number. A red asterisk indicates fields that must be completed and are required information for OSHA reporting.
Occupational health software automatically completes OSHA forms and reports
Once incident details have been captured, the system uses the data to automatically complete various forms and create reports. For example, the system links to the OSHA 301 form and will overlay data from the case onto the form. This includes patient demographics and details regarding the incident such as the case number and the date of injury or illness. Several fields within the incident report are “filterable” to allow users to see various case information.
Enterprise Health also completes the OSHA 300A form and the Sharp’s log, which have filter fields available. Users can search the Sharp’s log by date range, patient, condition, type of device or location. This will display any cases that meet the criteria with the laceration or puncture information. All of the reports in Enterprise Health can be exported to a CSV, and will open in Excel which allows for additional filtering and sorting.
Enterprise Health users can also interface with their workers’ compensation carrier to send the claim data and receive the determination back electronically. This automatically updates all of these fields and inserts the claim number and adjuster information.
State-specific OSHA forms
Enterprise Health also includes state-specific questions. The system links to state-specific forms for the doctor’s first report, employer’s first report, and any other state forms that are required. All of the forms are barcoded, so they can be scanned or faxed back into the system. Enterprise Health also tracks any time forms are generated in the chart, identifying who printed the form, and the date and time it was printed.
The system will overlay information regarding patient demographics, employer demographics and details about the incident onto the forms. For example, employers that must report to California can select the DWC-1 workers' compensation form, and the system will overlay the patient information and incident details directly onto the form. There is also a forms library where state-specific forms can be loaded.
Enterprise Health is a Cloud-based, SaaS solution and we offer various hosting options. Most commonly, clients choose to host their data in the Enterprise Health data center, a secure, company-owned facility with two colocated data centers (secondary and tertiary). Data is stored in Enterprise Health-owned and maintained hardware, and we offer multi-tenant and single-tenant options to accommodate client preferences and security postures.
The application can also be hosted in the client's data center or a commercial cloud service provider (e.g. AWS, Azure).
