Enterprise Health's extensive list of standard reports makes it easy to generate reports when needed, and a robust toolset allows users to build custom reports to meet specific needs. Customizable dashboards further enhance the user experience through at-a-glance views of critical measures and click-through graphs that provide quick access to the data behind the visuals.
Watch this video to see a brief demonstration of some of Enterprise Health’s reporting functionality. You will see how easy it is to access reports and get an idea of the many different categories of standard reports available. The demonstration also highlights the ability to filter reports by specific types of data.
Some of the most commonly used reports are check-in reports, which keep real-time statistics of patients as they wait in the waiting room and once they have moved to exams rooms. This tracks how long they have been waiting, and if they have been waiting for more than fifteen minutes, it turns red. Real-time statistics of the average time spent in the waiting room, and the average time from check-in to check-out are easily visible, and the report can be filtered by location or provider.
As another example, the demonstration shows Enterprise Health’s due list status report for health surveillance. This allows a user to select a due date range which brings back results of everyone that is due for exams within that time frame. This displays what panel they are due for, the individual testing, the due date, and the current status.
All reports export to CSV and will open in Excel where additional filtering and sorting is possible. All reports can also be pulled into a pivot table, and there are options for graphical reports.
Enterprise Health also has safety reports for the OSHA 300 log, 300A, and Sharp’s log, utilization reports for audiometric and other types of testing and detailed injections reports. There are also standard reports for case management and industrial hygiene.
