Dr. Chandrashekar is a physician executive at GE HealthCare where he designs, develops and oversees the company's global occupational health and well-being strategy. Throughout his career, he has implemented intelligent frameworks to protect employee health and wellness, mitigate safety risks, maintain regulatory requirements and build a more productive workforce. He is a trusted clinical partner to HR, compliance, EHS, manufacturing, R&D, field sales and other enterprise stakeholders and has expertise in workers compensation, disability management, infectious disease control, environmental health and travel medicine.
Dr. Chandrashekar is a graduate of the University of Rochester, Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, and the University of Cincinnati. He completed his training in occupational and environmental medicine along with a dual M.P.H. and M.H.A from the University of Cincinnati.
He has been a prior House of Delegates member and has held multiple leadership positions at ACOEM. He also serves as a consultant for companies in continuing medical education and nonprofit arts administration.
