THE DECADES HAVE BEEN KIND.

Our march to become a leading vendor in the occupational health and safety space has been rich with experiences that have shaped who we are.

Twenty years ago, our founders built one of the nation’s first health information exchanges — establishing an electronic network to connect the
hospitals, doctors and other healthcare providers in our own backyard. We learned a thing or two about connectivity — and interoperability became
part of our organizational DNA.

From there, we developed a web-based clinical electronic health record, a consumer-focused personal health record, and a comprehensive set of
occupational health and compliance offerings.

We’ve aggregated two decades of clinical information management experience, digital consumer engagement expertise, occupational health and
compliance capability developed in concert with blue-chip employers and interoperability know-how — helping clients configure, deploy, and benefit
from web-based health information technology.

jeff donnell
president

Jeff began his association with our organization as an external marketing consultant at a firm owned by WPP plc, the world's largest advertising company by revenues. He spent 20 years in management consulting and served as a principal at one of the top 25 B-to-B marketing firms in the US. Over the last decade, Jeff has led marketing efforts for the parent company of Enterprise Health and served as president of an electronic patient engagement subsidiary. He is now directing operations at Enterprise Health with an emphasis on strategy development and execution — and building a culture that creates value for clients. Jeff is a graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

dave juntgen
chief technology officer

Dave started his career with our organization as a high school intern more than 15 years ago. He has worn many hats over the years – most recently, CTO of an electronic patient engagement subsidiary. Dave is the man behind the curtain who can write code, manage a database, contribute to open-source communities, and participate in industry workgroups. As our CTO, he works with our development team to continually improve our standard product. On the client side, he architects configured and custom solutions in a standards-based, scalable, and intelligent fashion. Dave is that rare breed with deep technical expertise and the ability to talk to people who could not write a line of code to save their lives.

bill cast, MD
chief medical innovation officer

Bill's association with our organization started as a client. The otolaryngology group where he was managing partner was an early adopter of electronic health records. Bill practiced in northeast Indiana after a residency in otolaryngology and service as a U.S. Army surgeon. He was a trustee at Indiana University and most recently served as a board member of Indiana University Health. Bill joined our organization in 2005 and served as CEO of an electronic patient engagement subsidiary. As Enterprise Health CMIO, Bill translates client needs into concrete application development requirements and helps our team practice what we preach by guiding our employees to improve health and wellness.

bridget hamm
chief knowledge officer

Bridget is another long-tenured member of our organization who joined us following a stint as director of medical billing for a large physician group. For more than a decade, she led the implementation team responsible for deploying our electronic health record software with medical practices. She has played an integral role in working with Enterprise Health clients to configure the solution to meet employer occupational health and compliance needs. Bridget builds and manages our knowledge repository to develop and deploy internal and external training programs. She holds an undergraduate degree in organizational leadership and supervision from Purdue University.

kinjal amin
director of business development

Kinjal brings 20 years of solid business acumen to Enterprise Health. Most recently, he launched multiple companies where he managed all business and administrative aspects as president and owner. He previously started up a trucking company that specialized in flatbed hauling to support the needs of a multi-site galvanizing company where he served as CFO. His financial background is strong and includes time as vice president for a major national bank working with middle-market companies. Kinjal earned his BA in business and psychology from Wabash College.

Kevin is an atypical marketing professional. His design skills and creativity are off the charts, and he's disciplined, strategic, analytical, and exacting. He has an impressive career history with stints as an art director and creative director at several marketing firms. Before he joined Enterprise Health, Kevin was charged with adding visual value to intellectual capital at a management consulting firm. At Enterprise Health, Kevin serves as our brand steward and leads a talented team of creative professionals in building and fueling awareness of our brand.
